July 27 outreach

Today, we had an incredible outreach cookout

celebration that I wanted to share with you. It was a beautiful day filled with joy, community, and unexpected blessings.

Cookout Highlights:

• We fired up the grill and cooked delicious hamburgers and hotdogs.
• Potato salad, beans, and dessert rounded out our menu.
• What started as an ordinary gathering turned extraordinary when an unexpected donation made it all possible.

Jeramy’s Milestone:

• Today, we celebrated Jeramy’s one-year anniversary of sobriety.
• Witnessing his transformation and seeing him become an integral part of our group fills me with awe.
• The power of Jesus is evident in Jeramy’s journey.

Verse of the Day (Isaiah 40:31): “But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint.”

Outreach Efforts:

• We distributed valuable resources, including clothing, hygiene items, and outdoor survival gear.
• Several people asked if we could provide transportation to church services.
• We’re exploring options to meet this need, whether through organized transportation or bringing church services directly to them.
