Today was truly a day of blessings and new beginnings for our community.
Our Word of the Day was a powerful reminder: “For the word of the Lord holds true, and we can trust everything he does.” - Psalms 33:4. This verse guided us as we focused on our objective to listen for the Holy Spirit to guide our prayers. It was inspiring to see everyone so attuned to His presence and direction.
We also had the pleasure of serving a delicious pasta meal, which was enjoyed by all. Alongside the meal, we provided clothing, hygiene items, and school supplies to those in need. It was heartwarming to see the smiles and gratitude from everyone, especially the new faces we welcomed today, including a family of six.
A special highlight of the day was the announcement that Jeramy will be baptized on September 21. This is a significant step in his faith journey, and we are thrilled to support him. We also extend an open invitation to anyone else who feels called to be baptized. Please let us know if you or someone you know would like to take this beautiful step of faith.
